Kuzinako is dedicated to making your shopping experience at our store seamless at all times.

The time frame for fulfillment divided in two parts:

1. Processing: 
   All orders are received in our database and communicated with our suppliers within 48 hours after the order is placed. The supplier then processes the orders, which may take an additional 2-4 days.
2. Shipping: 
   International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. Delivery within the United States from our US warehouses takes 3-7 business days.
